Dormire a napoli suite spa

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend in a unique way and thanks to this wonderful structure it was possible. We booked for one night in the imperial room which personally, seeing some photos, for me is exceptional both for a surprise and for a moment of total relaxation. The room was huge not to mention the intense spa that there are no words to describe it... in the area there were also some super relaxing loungers where you could comfortably watch a film on the projector or listen to sweet music... as a welcome we had a bottle of champagne accompanied by appetizers and then continue the evening with two delicious pizzas in the room. In the morning we woke up to a wonderful breakfast for which I was super satisfied especially for the staff and for Mr. Giovanni who made himself super available throughout our overnight stay, satisfying all our requests. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone too.

Yesterday was my 35th birthday, leading a hectic life, my wife decided to give me an experience that I would say is unique. Sleeping in Naples - Imperial Suite. The room: Impeccable cleanliness and decoration Room with hydro: Bathtub with water at 35 degrees (the owner even sent the water ph test via WhatsApp), video projector with Netflix in the same room. Sauna room: Functional and perfect in every detail. In the center of the bedroom there is a MEGA SHOWER, (I think 10 people can fit in it). Extra: Air conditioning, balloon decoration Prosecco, water, snacks, coffee machine. Breakfast in the room at 9:00 (at 9:01 the boy was out the door). It deserves 10 stars. Advised

My boyfriend made me a surprise for our anniversary. When you booked it said parking in the facility but we were later informed that there was no parking and that they would have to update the page. The car parks in the area asked us more than €40 for one night and we preferred to park on the blue lines with over €15 for the parking meter after driving around for almost an hour. The rooms, in my opinion, (having been around similar structures) are very overrated, from the photos and social media it makes everything better. In addition we were awake until two o'clock because the room is located right on the little bars of Naples and not being soundproofed it was impossible to sleep a wink due to the loud music and the shouting of the people. Plus we paid €20 extra for a breakfast that was shown to us in the photo but which turned out to be totally different and without a minimum of preparation: 2 croissants and 2 cappuccinos that also arrived cold in a bag... The structure is located inside a condominium building located within the ZTL area, which is inconvenient to reach.

Impeccable and magnificent structure: - super beautiful room, clean and fragrant, has all the conveniences and comforts; - extraordinary setup, perfect as I wanted and with attention to the smallest details; -excellent and super punctual room service - very flexible with check-in scheduled for 9.00pm giving us the possibility of bringing it forward by about 3 hours. - Very convenient and strategic location of the structure for those who want to travel on foot. A special thank you to Mr. Enzo for his extreme kindness and friendliness, ready to satisfy all requests and available at all times, truly very competent and professional. I highly recommend staying in this very elegant property, therefore I would give it at least 10 stars. We will definitely be back ❣️

I was in this facility for the first time in the Imperial room, everything was magnificent starting from the magnificent Spa with an exceptional view of a projector where it was possible to access Netflix, music, films and much more, and then continuing with the sauna and the emotional shower.. very welcoming room with super romantic balloon creations which made everything even more magnificent and very relaxing. In all of this I would like to add the kindness and friendliness that we found on the part of all the staff present in the structure, especially Mr. Giovanni where he made everything possible for our every request. We will definitely return and highly recommend everyone to live this exceptional experience.
